沼津郵便局(本局)側の、ほんな骨さんに来ました。隊員は、博多ラーメンにはうとく、ワクワクしながらの訪問となりました。食券機で、純骨豚骨と、替玉をポチり。カウンターに座り、食券を渡し、麺の固さは、固めをコールしました。待っている間にも、お客が五月雨に来店しており人気店ということをうかがわせます。そして、着丼。まずは、スープから、ふーん。やはり、これが、博多ラーメン系のスープなのね…。豚骨一本勝負的な味です。麺は、お約束の、細いストレート麺ですが、このヌメリ気も、博多ラーメンの良さなのでしょうか…、博多ラーメンを勉強不足な隊員には、まだ、その域には達していない様です。替玉をお願いした後、卓上にあった、高菜や、紅生姜を入れての完食となりました。博多ラーメンを、もう少し勉強すべきかもしれませんね。
