夫婦で2度目の訪問になります。
今年のGWは変則なので、そんなに混んでないかなと、予測しながらも開店20分前に到着したら、やはり予想は外れ、10人ほど並んでおりました。。。
でも幸い、小雨も良かったのか、ギリギリ入る事ができました
うな重の上と骨の唐揚げをいただきました
唐揚げがカリッと、そして案外サッパリとしてて
大変おいしかったです。
うな重は安定のホクホク感、
量的には妻はちょっと苦しそうでしたが、
私は全然楽勝でした。もう少しご飯の量かあっても嬉しいんですが。。。
タレは少し濃いめなのでしょうか、
個人的な好みは甘めが好きなのですが、
こちらも大変美味しくいただきました。
美味しかったのも去ることながら、焼き場の職人さんの手際の良さに見惚れてしまいました。
また来たいと思います。
