夜はJAZZ BARとしての営業スペースに昼は洋風とんかつ屋としての営業。
静岡県の二大銘柄豚《朝霧ヨーグルト豚》とスタンダードは《三元豚》のチョイス。低温系の揚げ方にコールスローサラダとしてのキャベツ。
卓上に3種、盛り付け皿に2種そしてオーダーベースで8種類の塩を用意し、拘り完全満載。盛り付けにも塩がかけ易い？使用になっている。偶に洋風とんかつ屋に見られる盛り付け方だが個人的には好きでは無いが、火入れは秀逸。
ワンオペなので、多少の時間は鑑みないといけないが、とんかつラヴァーにとってはそれも楽しみ。食後のコーヒーがセルフで付いてこのお値段は満足度アップ。
