・朝霧ヨーグル豚ロースカツ定食¥1,600
とんかつ自体は衣が薄く、肉の柔らかさを引き立てている。
とんかつにはソースをかけるのが多いが、ここではとんかつに塩をつけたり、かけたりして食べるのでオシャレ♪
定食の皿に２種類の塩ポルチーニ塩(左)・黒トリュフ塩(右)が盛り付けられている。
塩で食べた際、さっぱりとしており、肉の甘さが際立ってくる。
他にも何種類か塩があるが、一応ソースもある。
違った食べ方をしたいという方にはオススメである。
