前から気になっていたとんかつシリウスさんにランチでお邪魔しました。
一見、バーみたいな味のある店舗です。
ロースかつは終わってしまったそうなので、特選三元豚ひれかつ定食1800円を注文。
今日はこちらが100円引きだと言われ、1700円でした。
提供は少し遅め。
こだわりの塩を揃えているらしく、ソースは使わず塩メインで食べました。
トリュフともう一種類の塩は、器に既に盛られています。
綺麗なピンクのロースは肉質がとても柔らかく美味しいです^ ^
塩だとお肉の美味しさがそのまま味わえるから、美味しいお肉は尚更美味しく感じますね♪
接客も良かったし、次は終わってしまっていたロースを食べてみたいです。
