大手町の旧店舗から数えて、創業70年以上。 |
開店前の10時半に到着しましたが、三十人待ちに接続となりました。会社のバイクツーリング仲間三人で伺いました。
開店前に五十人弱並んでいたと思います。私たちが入店する時間11時半頃には当日の店内飲食分は並んでいる人分で終了してました。
注文は中(8個)にライス普通盛り、ノンアルコールビールです。
餃子は皮にしっかり焼き目を付けた後蒸している様で、今まで食べた事の無い食感です。
包み方もちょっと変わっていますが、餡のボリュームがあって、最後に蒸しているせいか皮も餡もしっとりジューシーで、ノンアルビールを頼んだのでライスは普通盛りにしたのですが大盛りでも良かったと思いました。
物凄い特徴のある餃子では無いのですが白飯に合う全く飽きない餃子でした。
持ち帰りの予約も当日では売り切れ状態の様でGW中は３日後迄売り切れでした。恐るべきは3年後の2026年大晦日の持ち帰り分も売り切れとなっていました。
又、チャレンジします。
