伊豆急行三島広小路駅から
歩いて7、8分。国道沿いにある
鰻やさん。
三島広小路駅近には人気の桜屋さん
もあります。
さて開店してまもない時間に
お邪魔しました。
1階は調理場にカウンター席で
アタシはお連れさんと2名だったので
2階のソファー席にしました。
二階はかなり広く、大人数でも対応
出来るようです。
注文したのは鰻丼の並と肝焼き2本。
鰻丼は4950円(税込)肝吸いと漬物付き。
漬物は奈良漬けときゅうり。
肝焼きは1本からでも注文できる。
まずは肝焼きが登場。
肝は苦味やクセがなく濃いめのたれに
合う。ビールやお酒のお供にはいい
でしょうね。
2本で約1800円。
それから数分後に鰻丼が提供される。
鰻は脂が乗り、艶やか。
厚みがあって食べ応えもあります。
こちらの鰻はトロけるような鰻では
なく、しっかりとした身の鰻ですね。
たれはさらり系のたれではなくて
醤油と味醂？や砂糖が合わさった
やや濃いめのたれ。
肝吸いの肝も大きめでプリっとして
ました。
並の鰻丼は鰻が1尾が乗りますが
1尾でもお味を十分に堪能できました。
前回、三島を訪れたときは駅近の桜屋
さんに行ったけど、お連れさんは
すみの坊が好みの味とか。
比べて食べるのもいいでしょう。
