前々から気になってた清水町卸団地にある「そらや」さんにお邪魔しました。
オープンして1年が経った人気店です。
店内は温かみのある雰囲気で、ラーメン屋と言うより、カフェ的な感覚を覚えるオシャレな内装です。
店員さんに案内され、カウンターに着席し、平日ランチセットAを注文し待つ事５分程度でお目当ての逸品の登場
北海道の赤味噌と、信州の白味噌と、数種の味噌をブレンドした拘りのスープに、プツプツと歯ごたえの良い札幌の小林製麺所の麺に、香ばしく炒めた野菜と、大切りでジューシーなバラ肉チャーシューが見事にマッチしてて、かなり美味しかったです。
また、この上に乗った刻み生姜がそれぞれの味を調和させるにくいヤツです。
あとセットのザンギもさくさくでこれまた美味し！
納得の一杯でした。

昨年初めてお邪魔させてもらい、凄く美味しくてインパクトが残ったお店です。
あんまり一つのお店に拘ることのない小生なのですが、短期間のうちに数度お邪魔させてもらいました。
でも今回は作る人が変わってたのか、スープのパンチが弱め？味が薄い？的な感覚がありました。
残念です。
またこのザンギも味が薄かったのです。
なので今回はこの様な評価にさせてもらいました。
次回はまた前の様な感じに戻っててもらえれば嬉しいです！
