日曜日の11時30分頃訪問。昨年から行ってみたかったお店。店内はカフェのようなオシャレな内装でカウンタ席も多く回転が早そう。お客さんはかなり入っていましたがスムーズに入店できました。
札幌味玉味噌¥1,020
北海道ザンギ3ケ¥430を注文。
味噌ラーメンのスープは優しい味。しかしながらたっぷりのっている生姜を溶かすとパンチのある味に。チャーシューも大きく食べ応えのある一杯。
サイドで注文したザンギも大ぶり、かつサクサク・ジューシーで美味しい。質、量共に満足のお店でした。
