本日はこちらでランチ。
冷たい風が吹く晴れた日、沼津方面でお仕事。こんな日には、温まる味噌ラーメンが食べたいな〜とBMしていたこちらへ伺いました。平日12時頃、待ちなくカウンターへ着席。まだオープンして1年とちょっとなので、店内も綺麗で清潔感があります。
オーダーは以下の通り。
・ネギ盛り味噌 1,170円/税込
・バター 150円/税込
5分ほどで着丼。
トッピングは、炒めたもやし、おろし生姜、チャーシュー、メンマ、たっぷりの白髪ネギに、バター。
まずはスープから…
白味噌ペースで甘みのある味わい。動物系の優しい旨みとまったりした口当たり、さらにはおろし生姜のパンチが、体を芯から温めてくれます。バターを溶かすことで、よりコクのある仕上がりに。ここからは完全に好みの話ですが、赤味噌もブレンドすることで、もう少し深みが増し、味噌感もアップするだろうな〜とは思いました。
麺は、札幌味噌ラーメンにはマストな縮れ細麺。デフォルトで固茹のため、麺はかなり美味しいなと感じました。もちろんスープとの相性はこれ以上無し。
トッピングのネギは、盛り盛り白髪ネギ。スープに浸すと最高。もやしは高温で炒めることでシャッキシャキ。メンマは柔らかで極太、追加したいレベル。チャーシューは漬け込みのバラチャーシュー。脂身はスープの熱で溶けトロトロに、赤身の部分には味が染みてました。
ご馳走様でした。
美味しい札幌味噌ラーメン、満足です。辛味噌も気になるな〜。結局、味噌ラーメンは冬に食べるのがマストですね笑 また機会があれば伺います。
