今日は冷たい降っている中、ラーメンに食べに
出かけました。
今日は駿東郡清水町にあります札幌麺屋そらやさんを
訪問しました。
お店に入店し注文したのは味玉味噌1,070円＋
大盛150円 計1,220円。
暫くしてラーメンが着丼。
スープが並々入っていて具材は叉焼1枚と味玉しか
入っていないかな、後シナチクとモヤシが少し、
叉焼の上に擦った生姜があり、その生姜をスープに
入れて混ぜてからスープを一口。
生姜のパンチと白味噌と赤味噌をブレンドした味噌の
味が広がり美味い。
叉焼はバラ叉焼、大きさ7×5㎝、厚さ4㎜程度。
麺は縮細麺、モチとしてコシがあり麺が絡んで美味い。
今日食べて美味い味噌らーめんと思いました。
そうね～！トッピング関係がちょっと高いな～と
思いました。
今日で土、日は行かないかな～、もし行くとしたら
平日のランチメニューの時に行こうと思います。
