そしてミニミニセットがやってきた。先ずはスープからすすってみた。
ベースのスープは鶏ガラ、生姜などの香味野菜などを軸にした印象の清湯スープ。
醤油由来の塩味、酸味、コクと生姜の香りが印象的。意外とシッカリした味付けである。
ただ、悪戯に塩っぱいという訳ではなく、塩梅が良い。
麺は中細のストレート麺。かん水の量、加水率共に標準的な印象を受けた。コ
シは期待しないが啜り心地は良い。ミニラーメンなので麺量はそれほど多くない。
具はチャーシュー、メンマ、あおさ、ネギ。いつもの味玉はオーダーを失念した。
チャーシューは豚肩ロース使用の茹で豚。積極的な味付けは施されていない。
あおさがスープに潮の香りをプラスする。磯臭い香りが苦手な人はごめんなさい。
私もラーメンの具で海草系はあまり得意ではない。
チャーハンの具はチャーシュー、炒り卵、ナルト、ネギ。
味付けは塩味も穏やかでシンプルなチャーハンだ。
チャーシューがゴロっと入っており、意外と食べ応えがある。
時間差で餃子もやってきた。いつもの酢胡椒でいただく。
肉が多めの印象の餡で食べ応えがある。
焼き加減は良いが皮の縁が少し剥がれている。肉汁が出てしまうので勿体ない。
