蕎麦じたいは普通。格別にうまいわけでもない。その辺の町蕎麦屋並。建物や雰囲気で脳にうまいと思わせる感じ。つゆは鰹がききずぎる。
熱海にある蕎麦屋なのに並んでる。一番嫌いなのは食うのに並ぶこと。だから絶対ならばない。並ぶとこはいかない。予約をしたらすんなり入れるので予約してから伺った。なんの根拠もない点数と立地と蕎麦がうまそうな古民家の造りと人が並んでいることでより旨く感じてる人間がいかに多いということ。全員メディアに流されて、行った、食ったという、ようは自己満足なだけ。ガキの頃スナック菓子や食品を食ってきた現代人の味覚はおかしくなっている。点数が高いと口ではなく脳で食ってるだけ。かくいう私もその１人である。
そばがきとみかんジュースは旨かった。
