海鮮のお店はたくさんあるけど
お蕎麦屋さんは少ないです。
古民家風のお蕎麦屋
そばがき？
食べたことあるようでないようで・・
土鍋にぐつぐつしながらテーブルに運ばれてきました。
手のひら位大きくてみんなでシェア
お餅みたいにねっとりふわふわ
おいしい～
そして初めて食べるそば寿司
ちょっぴりお酢のかおり
蕎麦を束ねたかんじで
一気に食べないとバラバラになります(笑)
15分位待ってでてきた
せいろそば
蕎麦は硬めで風味がしっかりしてる
1枚だと少ないですが
2枚だとお腹いっぱいになります。
