特にフォアグラのポアレ リゾットは素晴らしい旨味で、また熱海に行く際は利用したいです(^^)

熱海で地魚をこんなに美味しく料理してる店を他に知らないです(ﾟ∀ﾟ)
去年利用して美味しさに感動したので、今年も利用✨
去年は妊娠中の奥さんと、今年は10ヶ月の娘も連れて利用させて頂きました(*ﾟ∀ﾟ*)
去年はバラバラにメニューを注文しましたが、今年はコース料理を注文。ソーヴィニヨンブランをデキャンタで注文しましたが、大正解！最高に美味しかったです。

(帆立貝の殻焼き、生ハムのオニオンスライス添え)
オーブンで焼かれたバジルの香りの帆立貝が絶品✨
＊トマトグラタンスープ
濃いめのスープだけどトマトの酸味で軽く飲める！
浸してるバゲットを食べる満足感(*´꒳`*)
＊白身魚(スズキ)のソテー カニ風味ソース
メニューの白身魚って何だろ？って思ってたら、普段あまり食べたことがなかったスズキ。カリッとした周りと柔らかくてしっかり旨味を主張してくる中身。強めの旨味にトマトソースの酸味で無限に食べれそうなほど美味かった……！

奥さんの料理を一口。パイが香りも食感もしっかり主張してて、クリームソースと合う合う♫もっと食べたかった…w
