たまーにふらりと出かけたくなる熱海です笑。
今回もサフィール踊り子号でやってきました。
いつも同じようなお店で食べるので、今回は新しいお店を開拓しました。それがこちらの新広楼さんです。店内はかなり明るい雰囲気ですが、この日のお客さんは観光客というより地元の高齢の方が多い感じでした。
注文したのは、あんかけ焼きそばとフカヒレと蟹肉スープです。先に焼きそばが到着。具材はあんかけ焼きそば定番のものがたっぷりで、醤油ベースの餡が結構味が濃くて粘度も比較的あるタイプでしたが、美味しかったです。
焼きそばを8割ぐらい食べたところでようやくスープが到着しました。スープが先がよかったなぁと思いましたが、そこは大人の対応です。このフカヒレスープがまた味が濃厚！というか、かなり塩っ辛い味です。疲れている時は良いけど、ちょっと濃過ぎました。フカヒレは結構入っていました。
