【伊豆の国市中726より移転】 |
長らくお店は、いわゆる「東海地方の喫茶店」という感じで、
パスタ、ハヤシライス、ピザ、クレープ、パフェなどなどいかにも
喫茶店らしいメニューだったのですが世代が替わりリニューアル！！
地元の食材を使った創作料理に力を入れて、夜ならお酒の飲みながらの
創作料理を楽しんでもらいたいというオーナーの意気込みが伝わってくるお店になりました。
魚介や地元の食材を中心にした御飯ものやお作りなどのメニュー、ピザ、ドリアから
組み合わせが楽しめるケーキセット、ドリンク・アルコール類などなど食事メニューは豊富に。
まさに先代を超えるには同じではダメというジレンマに陥っている感じ。
でも、誰に来て欲しいのか、ターゲットを考えてのメニュー作りが出来ていない感じ。
さらに、来るたびにお料理が「雑」になってきてちょっと残念なお店です。
昔の方が好きだったな～（昔常連だった人の意見です）
