とある土曜日の夕方。
店の新規開拓を自らのミッションにしているこみうり新聞は、ぶらぶらパトロールをしていた。
どこの店もまだ開店前な16時半、既に「営業中」なこの店の前を通りがかった。
まったくの予備知識の無いまま入店。
人の良さそうな大将が出迎えてくれた。
おもむろの揚げ油の火をつける大将。
おやおや。
まだ何もオーダーしてないぞ？？？
やがて、お通しとして出てきたのが、ししとうと海老と魚の天麩羅。
もちろん揚げたて。
衣がちょっと多いけど、美味しーじゃないか。
これは期待できるぞ。
お通しの美味しさを確認したうえで、私達がオーダーしたのは以下の通り。
カワハギの刺身（肝付）
ヒラメの刺身
マグロとアボカドのマヨわさび醤油和え（900円）
正肉（120円）
アスパラベーコン（200円）
豚バラしそ串（550円）
うなぎ肝（450円）
かさご唐揚
手羽先唐揚（700円）
全部美味しかったのだが、特にこちらの大将は
揚げ物が得意だと思われる。
かさご唐揚は、頭の先まで丸ごと食べられた。
手羽先唐揚は、骨からぷりっと身が剥がれて食べやすいわ美味しいわ。
魚はカッチンコッチンに冷凍保存しているようなので、結構フレッシュ感満載。
2人で飲んで食べて8,800円。
ちょっと高額なものばかり頼み過ぎたかな。
でもなかなかの良店であることには間違いない。
