まあ温泉地の楽しみとして、場末のスナックで飲んで歌うなんてのがあるけど、なんだか今日はそんな気分でもなくて、そろそろ宿に帰ってゆっくりしようかな気分。
大人しく帰れば良いものを先ほどの居酒屋でここの店でカレーチャーハンがあると聞けば、腹の虫が疼くというもの。
いかにも昔からやっていますという大衆的なお店。
深夜2時頃と思うが、60〜70歳といった女将さんがソロで切り盛り。
雑然としたカウンター席に座る。
カレー炒飯をお願いしつつ、もうここまで来たら、ラーメンもいってしまえと、ラーメンも。
「もうここまで来たら」は単なる自己暗示である。
力強く鍋を振るう音が聞こえ、カレーチャーハン。
S＆B赤缶味。
添えられたレッドジンジャーピクルスが良いアクセント。
たまごの散らばり具合もよし。
続いて、ラーメン。
なると、ねぎ、チャーシュー、しなちく、海苔という、
ノスラーもノスラースタイル。
ぷりぷりの中細縮れ麺。
鶏ガラ醤油スープ。
安定感のある、懐かしい味。
目の前に置かれた、女将さん特製のチャーシュー。
物欲しそうに見ていたら、おまけでくれた。
