初めての熱海で明るい内からどっかで一杯、と思って商店街をうろうろしてたら、干物を焼くいいにおいがしてます。見ると入口に「干物で一杯」と書かれてます。
テラスハウスに付属のお店の様です。
宿泊しなくてもOKとのことです。
さっそく座って地元のビールと人参マリネと鯖の干物をオーダー。
焼けるのを待ちながらメニューを見てたら「前の干物やさんでお好きな干物を買って焼いてもOK」とのこと。さっそくお向かいの干物やさんへGO!
くさやの干物を見つけました。念のためマルヤさんに聞きに行ったら「くさやは勘弁して下さい、以前焼いたら商店街中から叱られました(笑)」とのことでした。やっぱりね。
肉厚のカマスの開きを買ってお店の前にあるロースターで焼き始めました、脂がジクジクいい始めて、いいにおいの煙がっ！
道行く人達が「いいなぁ」と振り返ります、ちょっと嬉しい。
焼きたてを静岡の酒開運のお燗で一杯！
とても幸せでした。
