熱海の親水公園前の通り沿いにあり、ビーチの雰囲気にベストマッチな雰囲気のハンバーガー屋さん！！
近くのコインパーキングに車を止めて歩いて行くと、ホワイトベースでオシャレなお店が見えたので、すぐにわかりました！
扉を開けると、なかなか男前な店主さんがカウンター越しに出迎えてくれました。
席は、入り口からキッチン前をぐるりと囲むカウンター席のみで、10席程度。
木目がいかされた一枚板のテーブルがとってもおしゃれ(*^^*)
席に座った視線の高さからも見えるキッチンは、きれいに整理されていて清潔感があり、これから食事をするにあたり期待感が高まります！
そんなキッチンで、調理をこなす店主さんの手際の良さに見とれながら、注文したのは、
「カジキマグロの竜田揚げバーガーセット（ポテト、ドリンク付き）1400円」。
食欲をそそるガーリックの香り漂うタレに漬けてから揚げられたカジキマグロが、バンズ、サニーレタスの上に乗せられて、スライスされたレンコンチップ、青じそやアルファルファ、卵のタルタルなどなど、盛りだくさんな種類と組合せは、見た目も素晴らしく、さらに食べて大納得のハーモニー!!
素材からして、他のお店で見たことのない組合せですから、味わいも初めての味わいで一口食べてビックリ、食べ進めていくうちに感動の美味しさ!!
揚げてあるのに脂っこくなく軽い感じ!!
ガーリックを使っているはずなのに、口に残らない!!
お魚なのに臭みはなく、バンズと野菜たちとの相性も良く美味しい!!
そのバンズがまた、パサつき感がなくふんわりしていて美味しから感動ものです。
熱海の駅前のパン屋さんで、このお店のために焼いてもらっているそうで、そのこだわりもまたステキポイントですよね（＾＾）
付け合せのポテトの塩加減もよく、美味しくおなかいっぱいになって大満足（＾＾）
観光地価格になりがちな立地にありながら、コスパがよいのもうれしいところ♪♪
食事を終えてから店主さんにいろいろ教えてもらえて、快く撮影させてもらえて、楽しめました!!
観光のついでに立ち寄るだけでなく、ランチのを食べにふらっと立ち寄りたくなるようなお店♪お勧めですよ～（＾＾）
