Himono Dining かまなりさんでランチを食べた後
熱海駅に戻るために熱海銀座商店街を歩いていると
行列ができているお店を発見したんです
それがこちらの「和栗菓子Kiito」さん
和栗を使ったモンブランのお店なんですが
最近たまにテレビで見ることがある
目の前で栗のクリームを機械で絞り出してかける
出来立てモンブランのお店のようだ
モンブランはイートインとテイクアウトがあって
本当はイートインしてみたいところですが
整理券を持っていないとイートインはダメみたい
まぁ、そもそも予約している帰りの新幹線まで
時間もあまりないですしねぇ
今回はテイクアウトで食べながら熱海駅まで
戻ることにしました(;´∀｀)ｼｬｰﾅｲ
●お店について
京都にある超人気店「和栗専門 紗織」さんと
創業200年の熱海の老舗旅館「古屋旅館」さんが
共同プロデュースしたお店だそうな
お店の看板は熊本県上益城郡産の和栗のクリームを
お客さんの目の前で機械で絞るモンブランですが
イートインとテイクアウトでは商品内容は違って
イートインはケーキのモンブランですが
テイクアウトのメインはソフトクリームの上に
和栗のクリームをかけたものでした
あと、イートインではモンブランに合わせた
ドリンクに「シャンパン」も置いているみたい

●静岡茶ソフトクリームを食べる
テイクアウトのモンブランのソフトクリームは
「ミルク、静岡茶、柑橘（期間限定）」の
3種類から選べるようになっていた
和栗に合いそうなのは「静岡茶」な気がするので
今回は「静岡茶」をチョイス♪
■静岡茶ソフトクリーム■
上にたっぷりとかけられた和栗クリーム
意外なのが結構ボソッとした食感なんです
あと、甘味もかなり控えめですが
栗の風味はしっかりと感じるので
本当に栗をそのまま絞った感じ？
和栗クリームの下には大きな「メレンゲ」
その下に「静岡茶ソフトクリーム」という構成
このメレンゲが想像以上に軽い食感
そして、静岡茶ソフトクリームは
お茶の香りと苦みがしっかり感じるところが
大人な味って感じ？（ｗｗ
あと、ソフトクリームには砕いたクッキーが
かけてあり、カリッカリ食感と塩味が加わり
なかなか良いアクセント
うん、美味しい美味しい
●最後に
さすが人気店だけあって美味しかったわぁ
これ、ケーキのモンブランも食べてみたいなぁ
あと・・・シャンパンもね(￣ー￣)ﾆﾔﾘ
次回、熱海に来た時にはイートインで
モンブランとシャンパンをペアリングしてみたい
