A Japanese soba restaurant quietly located behind Mount Omuroyama in Izu Kogen. I visited around 11:30 on a Saturday and was able to enter without lining up. The 100% buckwheat soba, which does not use any binders, only takes 5 seconds to boil. I chose the soba set (3 types of appetizers, rolled omelette, and 3 Small dish) that day. The beautiful presentation, like that of obanzai, made me excited. The light flavor brought out the best in the ingredients and was delicious. The soba had a good texture and I could really taste the umami of the soba! And the best thing is that it was served with raw wasabi. The wasabi was freshly grated raw wasabi from Shizuoka Prefecture and was very fragrant, so it went well with the soba soup. For dessert, there was warabi mochi, which was very satisfying♪ I would like to visit this restaurant again if I'm in the area. Thank you for the meal.
