下田で魚が食べたいなと思って、立ち寄った。
天ぷらが看板のようだが、衣のしっかりしたゴハン向け天ぷらのようだ。
酒は菊正宗の上撰のみか。
燗つけを頼んだら、徳利に入れて湯煎してくれた。
他卓の焼き魚を見ると鰤かカンパチのようす。
お通しは魚卵の煮付け。
刺身盛り合わせを頼んだところ、茹でタコ、シメサバ、カンパチ、カジキマグロが出てきた。
シメサバもカンパチも脂が薄い。
「最近時化で魚が獲れなくて」というので、ハズレのタイミングだったみたいだ。
客のみならず、店主も喫煙しながら仕事をしていて、うーんという印象。
