天城峠（国道414号線）の元いのしし村の近くに天然酵母を使ったパンやピザなどを
提供してくれるお店『かたつむり』さんに寄って『天然酵母 カンパーニュ（ハーフ）』を
久し振りに買いました。ここのパンは長期熟成したパンなので冷蔵庫なら密閉容器で
1ケ月くらい持つので保存食として重宝してます＾＾；（冷凍保存ならもっと持ちます）
国産の全粒粉など国産の粉を使用していますし、パン本来の香りや酵母の臭いが
たまらないんです。とてもモチモチしていてシチューやカレーなどにとても合います。
いつもいっぱいで通り過ぎてしまうんでパンだけ買うんだからいいやって思い
けっこう混んでいましたが買ってよかったです。
ここのピザも美味しいんで天城に来た際は寄ってみてはいかがですか。
ログハウス調の建物が目印で入口には手作りブランコがあって店内はアンティーク調
で６０・７０年代のアメリカ西部の臭いがして来そうな妙に落ち着くかそわそわしてしまう
