駅から数分の便利な立地。日帰り修善寺観光を終えて電車に乗る前に早めの夕飯を。ということでふらっと立ち寄る。
出てくる料理はどれもシンプルながら個性的で、セットについてくる小鉢だけでも来店してよかったと思える。
メインの猪肉はバジルの香りをまとって獣臭さは全く無く、むしろ肉と脂の旨味を引き立てている。
肉を食べ終わると鉄板に残った脂を使ってガーリックライスのおこげを作ってもらえる。
これが絶品。
最後のデザートにいちじくのコンポートをいただいて大満足です。
明るく愉快な店主との会話を楽しみ、日帰り小旅行を素敵な気持ちで締めくくることができました。
