こちらは寒い時に無性に行きたくなる石焼きラーメンの火山さん。
最近は大田原と宇都宮の店が閉店してしまって、調べると今は3店しかないみたいです…
かなりやばいのでは…
創業は大正15年とかなりの老舗なんですね。


石焼きラーメン醤油、そぼろ丼を注文

石焼きラーメンは提供されてスープを注ぐとめちゃくちゃ沸騰して熱々のラーメンが食べられるのが特徴です♪
この仕組みを作ったのがすごいです！！

麺、野菜はなんとも普通…
ここをもっと工夫すれば良いのにと思っちゃいます。

ただ熱々のスープが寒い時には抜群に良い！！
食べたくなります。

ご飯もなんかなぁというそぼろだったのが残念。
熱々スープをかけて食べるなら白ごはんの方が良かったかも笑
