名物のもつ煮込みが美味しい。
ごろごろのもつとしみしみの大根やこんにゃくなども入っている。上にはねぎとニラ。
ご飯と一緒に食べたくなる味。
周りのお客さんを見ると、大体1人1煮込み頼んでいた。
それくらい美味しい。
あと、刺し系が抜群。
特にガツの食感が強い。歯ごたえがあって美味しい。
個人的には小袋よりガツのが美味しかった。
とはいえ、小袋もガツほどではないが弾力は強く、新鮮さが感じられた。
逆に焼き系はかなりよく焼きなタイプであまり好みではなかった。レバーはぱさつきを感じた。
こちらのお店は、もつ煮込みと刺し系ですね。
