宇都宮市はマンボーでないようですが、夜の街の居酒屋さんの営業率は50%くらいでしょうか。
久しぶりに外での一人飲みになります。

・ホッピーセット×1
・中×3
・牛すじ豆腐
・ハラミ串 塩
・カシラ串 塩
・レバー串 タレ
・ねぎま 塩
合計 (2,200円)
ホッピーの中は少ない方なので中×3になりました。牛すじ豆腐は甘口で、お汁はご飯にぶっ掛けて食べたらさぞかしと思うほどめっちゃ美味いです。串の味付けは何も聞かれなかったですが、お店のスタンスでタレと塩を決めているよでしょうが、どれもとても美味しく頂きました。
