某ブログにおいて、宮園町に
ある「もつ焼きぴんすけ」が
ラーメンを始めるとみて訪れ
ました。
すぐ近くの明朗飯店の誘惑に
負けそうでしたが、何とか店
の前にたどり着きました（笑）
店外に券売機があるので、
天塩ワンタン麺のボタンを押し
ました。
待つ事５分程度で着丼。
透き通ったスープに鶏油ですかね、
綺麗に輝いています。
スープを頂くと、鶏のスッキリした
出汁と鶏油のコクが口の中に広がり
ます。
麺はかなり細いですが、このスープ
にはこの麺が合います。
とてもバランスの取れたラーメンです。
若干塩味が強く感じるかも知れませんが、
私好みです。
次は醤油ラーメンを頂きたいです。
