東武宇都宮百貨店のレストラン街から移動して此方のお店に来ました。
入店しカウンター席に着座。メニューの中からサンドミノを注文です。
料理の提供前にハイボールとレモンサワーで再び乾杯です！

暫くしてサンドミノの提供となりました。
早速シェアして頂きます。
お店オススメのサンドミノは一頭から一部しか取れない貴重部位との事。
歯応えが良くコリコリとした食感の味噌味で美味しいですね！
次に「こめかみ」を追加注文しシェアして頂きます。
赤身の様なお肉で癖がなく軟らかく美味しいですが少々塩分多めでした。
ご馳走様でした。
七輪で焼き上げるホルモンは熱々で美味しく頂きました。
