I'm planning to have Gyoza / Dumpling party at my favorite bar from 10pm, so I bought a lot of Gyoza / Dumpling as souvenirs... Since I'm here, I thought I'd try something different...♡ Utsunomiya only has Gyoza / Dumpling or Ramen (lol) I wanted to eat Tochigi's Local Cuisine, "Shimotsukekarei"!!! As I was clicking the food button, I was really curious about this restaurant's [repeaters from other prefectures]!! It must be really delicious. I made a reservation at 5pm when it opened. Since there were two of us, we were shown to the counter on the first floor. It seems that for groups, it's on the second floor. What we ordered... Rare cut ◯ Throat cartilage [Salty and crunchy ♡ Goes well with beer] ◎ Marucho × 2 [Super bouncy ♡ Juicy] ◎ 3 types of Marugiwa [I was full... but I ate it...] ◎ Tongue [Delicious (lack of vocabulary)] ◯ Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) [Had a gentle, gentle taste] ◯ Salad [Just averagely delicious] ・Imo rock × 3 ・Maker's highball × 4 ・Draft beer ・Soft drinks × 2 One more person joined us halfway through, so the three of us paid just over 12,000 yen.
