2018年3月7日、ひとりで初訪問。
こちらのお店、宇都宮文化会館の近くのごくごく普通のお蕎麦屋さんです。
お昼時、今日はなんとなくうどんモードで、こちらにお邪魔することに。
先客は1名。
あまり周辺に飲食店がないのに、不思議です。
頂いたのは、
『鴨せいろ』(800円)…うどんにして頂きました。
うどんとつけ汁以外に、刻んだ葱となぜかキャベツのミニサラダが付いています。
汁は、藪系の濃くてしっかりとした強い味です。
長葱はかなりあつあつですが 、汁自体はぬるい。
鴨肉が数切れ入っていますが、かなり固い。
さて、肝心のうどんがいけません。
ふにゃふにゃで、コシがまったくない。
小麦の香りもなし。
良くスーパーで売っている一番安いうどんみたいです。
うどん大好き人間からすると残念でなりません。
汁が好みだっただけに悲しい。
周辺が飲食店不毛地帯だけに、確実に下支えしているニーズはあると思いますが、空いている理由が分かったような気がしました…。
