初めての訪問なので、基本のもりそばを注文。
女将さんが持ってきてくれましたが、私の前に置くのではなく
そっぽを向いてテーブルの端に斜めに置いて行きました。
味以前の問題で残念でした。
その逆に、ご主人はとても丁寧な対応で好印象。
肝心のそばの味は、若干風味が薄い印象です。
気になったのが、そばの長さです。
一摘みで取り切れないため、一度に大量のそばをすくう事になってしまいます。
蕎麦湯は、濃いめで私好みでした。
もりそば４３０円でコスパ良し。
