13時10分頃に伺い待ち無く入店。
店内は カウンター9席 座敷テーブル✕2
着丼
スープを一口。
穏やかな塩味でスッキリとした飲み口。
鶏ベースにほんのりと魚介が感じられるスープは バランス良くまとめられ あっさりとしながらもコクがあり飲み飽きない美味しいスープ。
麺は細微縮れ麺。
ツルとした舌触りで歯切れ良い麺は 茹で加減バッチリ。
スープにも良く合う好みの麺。
具材は チャーシュー・メンマ・白髪ネギ・ネギ。
