今日は７、８年ぶりにバーミヤンにやってきました。
時間が午後２時を過ぎてるのでこちらでバーミヤンラーメンと小ライスを食べる事に
バーミヤンラーメン４９９円税別と小ライス１０９円税別
バーミヤンでラーメンを食べるのは初めてです
バーミヤンラーメンにはチャーシュー、メンマ、ほうれん草、海苔、刻みネギが入っていました。
あっさり系の醤油ラーメンのスープ
麺は細麺の縮れ麺
メンマもあっさり系の味付けでした
メンマと言えば麻竹と言う竹から作くられていて90％は中国からの輸入ですが
最近、国産の孟宗竹を使ってメンマを作っているところが長野県にあります
提供された時は幸楽苑のチャーシューと同じに見えましたが
リフトアップしてみると、某店のそれより大きく、厚みもあります
〆は定番のこれ！
写真だとご飯の量が少なく見えますが
器はどんぶりなので普通のお茶碗一杯分のご飯は十分にあります
チェーン店ながらラーメンが４９９円税別とリーズナブル、小ライスを付けても合計６０８円税別
