昼食を頂きにこちらのお店へ
伺ったのは、平日の昼11時25分頃、先客は7名、後客は5名でした
注文は【ミックスフライ（750円）】※ご飯、味噌汁、キャベツの千切り、漬物が付きます
一つ一つ丁寧に揚げられる様で、提供は、25分弱でした、お急ぎの方は十二分に考慮された方が良いかと・・・
ミックスフライのラインナップは、ヒレカツ、エビ、イカ、アジ、とりから、ウインナーの6種類となります
どれも揚げたて熱々です！
ヒレカツは、和豚もちぶたを使用しているとの事
サクサクした衣に包まれたジューシーさがあり、柔らかくて美味しいですねー
エビはプリプリとした大きめでサクッと揚がっていて尻尾まで頂きました
しっとりしたイカ、風味たっぷり のアジや漬け込まれた醤油ダレの影響か？香ばしく味わい深いとりからと懐かし味わいのウインナーと共にたっぷりのキャベツの千切りとマヨネーズを纏ったサラスパ、白菜、ワカメの入った優しい味わいの味噌汁との組み合わせもマッチしてますね
