宇都宮で唯一の牛カツ専門店。ランチは牛カツ御膳が量により4種で、追加でグラム数に応じて注文できるよう。今回は"牛カツ御膳130g"を注文した。5分程で着膳された御膳は、牛カツがレアで提供され、熱板で炙って頂くもの。ソースは4種で一口一口味変を楽しむことがてきた。中でも山葵を付けての自家製ソースが風味良くてとても美味しく、改めて牛カツは大変あっさりとした和膳であると感じさせてくれた。店内は整然としていて、和風ながらもジャズが流れ感じの良い落ち着いた雰囲気！偶にはあっさりした牛カツもいいものだと感じた。駐車上は店前に数台停めることができるようだ。
