宇都宮でオシャレなカフェといえば、「バリサイカフェ」と名前が上がるほど有名なお店らしいこのお店。JR宇都宮駅から歩くこと30分弱。笑
歩くのが好きな人以外は是非、東武宇都宮駅から3分らしいのでこちらからのご利用オススメします。
お店の外は女性客がつらつらと並んでいるのが見え、すぐに見つけることができました。
友人が先に並んでいてくれたらしく、待つこと15分。午後3時ごろに入店できました。
店内は1階と2階に別れており、1階はオープンキッチンでパンケーキやパフェを作っているのが目の前で見れたりもします。2階にお手洗いがあるので、登ってみると2階は日入りがいいテーブル席がいくつかあります。インテリアやお店の内装がアメリカンカジュアルな感じで写真を撮っている人もちらほら。
メニューを見ているとレモンと葉物野菜？が入ったデトックスウォーターが提供されました。色鮮やかでとても素敵なおもてなしに歓喜。
メニュー表は手書き風のカフェメニューで、料理の絵が美味しそう。全員メニューが決まったので早速注文へ。
今回私が頂いたのは、、、
「フルーツパンケーキ」
「季節のフルーツパンケーキ」
「カフェラテ」 です！
注文の際、パンケーキが混み合っていて20分以上時間がかかってしまうとのことでしたがとりあえずふわふわのパンケーキが食べたいので待つことにしました。
最初にフルーツパンケーキがきます。スフレのようなパンケーキで下手に大きなバターが乗っているスタンダードな見た目。バニラアイスにフルーツはオレンジ、イチゴ、ブルーベリー、そして焦がしキャラメルで焼き目をつけた焼きバナナ。どの角度からもとても美味しそうです。
もう一つの「季節のパンケーキ」は「たっぷりベリーとピスタチオ、ホワイトチョコソース」というのらしく2段に重なっているのパンケーキの上にドロドロにのホワイトチョコソースがかかっておりたくさんのイチゴとピスタチオアイスが2個も付いてきてコスパ良すぎ！
パンケーキが軽めの味なのでもう一皿注文してもよかったかもしれません。
