横綱、大関とありますが、大関で十分な量ボリュームたっぷりのブランド豚「さつきポーク」のソテーを生姜味でいただきました。
味はガーリック、生姜味と選べますが、昼間だったので生姜味で。
ばっつばっつに引き締まって盛り上がっているポーク、ここ鹿沼市は「さつき」の栽培で有名で「さつき祭り」などが催されますが
そういった地元の養豚家がさつきポークとしてブランド化したポークです。
きっと飼料もたっぷりいただけている豚さんなんでしょう。
お肉もご飯も満足でした。コーヒーもサービスしてくれてよかったです。
