・「さつきポーク」と「チャングムの誓い」仕込みのタレが相まって
噛むほどに、甘くてジューシーな美味しいポークステーキが食べれます。
・昼の部門で横綱ステーキ、およそ３００ｇ１６００円をニンニクたれで
いただきました。
・初めに、トマトが載ったサラダがしそしょうゆドレッシングで出てきます。
次はご飯、赤だし、続いて肉です。
・厚さ30ｍｍ位の豚ロース肉をフォークとナイフでサイコロ状に
切ってタレ（今回はガーリック）を全周につけて食べます。
・柔らかな肉質で、脂身も適度にあり、大好きな部類のポークステーキです。
・甘目のタレは野菜・果物系のすりおろしが入っており、さっぱりとして
いますが、肉のうま味・脂の甘みを引き出しています。
・黒こしょう、焦がしニンニクチップ、わさび、からし、柚子こしょう
があればパーフェクトなのですが。
・ライスはお替りをするつもりは全くなかったのですが、気が付いたら
肉半分で、皿一枚のライスを完食してしまい、お替りをしてしまいました。
・大関は２３０ｇくらい、とんかつは２００ｇ位だそうです。
肉の量はオーダーにこたえられるそうです。
量を食べたいときは２００ｇ位のものを複数枚頼むのが良いと思います。
肉が分厚いので加熱時間をかけると、せっかくの脂の旨味が熱で
溶けだしてしまいます。
・最後に、鉄板皿の上に残ったタレにご飯を入れて、よく混ぜて食べれば
至福の時が過ごせます。沢庵か野沢菜があったらいいなぁ
