〈まとめ〉
そば好きやそばの味の違いが分かる食通には良いと思うが、割高感は否めない。
５種類もそばを味わえる店は珍しいので、味わいたい方は早い時間での来店をお勧めします。
リピーターになるには、それだけの価値を見出せるかどうか。
土曜日の12時過ぎに到着したが、外に「満席」との表示が。
入店したところ待っている客はおらず、先頭で待つことに。10分程度で席へ通された。
せっかくなので、５種類のそばが楽しめ、天ぷらが付いている「五色天もり」2800円を注文。
そばは５種類。
「おせいろ」…通常のそば？
「田舎そば」…太めのそば
「茶そば」……お分かりの通り、緑色のそば
「さらしな」…白い細いそば
「けしきり」…さらしなに炒ったケシの実をうちこんだもの、らしい
もちろんどのそばも食感が違くて美味しい。
茶そばはしっかりと抹茶の味と風味がする。
おせいろと田舎そばは太さも違って食感も違う。
ただ、さらしなの良さが素人の僕には分からず。
でもけしきりが一番美味しく感じられたかな…。
天ぷらは海老が２本とナス、ニンジン、ピーマン、カボチャ。もちろん普通に美味しい。
５種類のそばを楽しめるお店は珍しいので良い経験になったが、リピーターになるには僕にはまだ早いと感じた。
お会計をする時には、「五色、三色は完売しました」と表示されていた。
それらを食べたい方は早い時間でのご来店を。
