◎一茶庵系総本山
・「翁」「玄庵」「蕎上人」等 多数輩出
ずーーーっと心のなかでひっかかっていたのです。
何度か訪れようとはしましたが失敗がつづき・・
このまま蕎麦屋巡りをしていていいのかと。。
ついに念願が叶いました！＼(^o^)／
蕎麦好きには説明不要でしょうが、近代蕎麦の源流。
機械打ちが主流になっていた昭和の時代に手打ち蕎麦を復活させた功績。「一茶庵」が無かったら現代の蕎麦界は違うものになっていたかもしれません。
全国の蕎麦屋が続々と修行に訪れたことで『足利詣で』といわれた。
昼のみ営業。11時30分から14時まで。売切終了。
臨時休みも多い。要予約という情報も。
一番乗りで到着。凛とした門構え。
店内はいい意味での静けさ。期待が膨らみます。
美味しいのでたくさん食べちゃいました(≧∇≦)b
この後に蕎麦屋のハシゴ予定も我慢できずに(笑)
■五色そば大(2950円)
・・・どれも特徴がはっきりしていて楽しめる。細打ちで絶妙なコシ。つゆは濃いめで鰹を強く感じる。
■さらしな大(1350円)×２
・・・繊細なつくり。これぞ「さらしな」だと。
■鴨せいろ大(2530円)
・・・旨味溢れる鴨汁とおせいろの相性が抜群。
価格は高めかもしれませんが大満足☆
蕎麦聖・片倉康雄様から受け継がれた技。
ありがたく感じながらの蕎麦は格別でした(*´∀｀*)
現代でも「一茶庵」は健在だった。嬉しかった。
これからも聖地として在り続けてほしい。
蕎麦屋ではありませんがまた『足利詣で』しよっと(笑)
