こちら栃木佐野市は浅沼町、ブックオフのところを曲がるとすぐにあります。
創業昭和5年、佐野ラーメンの超老舗。店内はわりと広いんですが、さほど混雑はなし。お客さんは老夫婦とシニアの二人組の二組のみ。
オーダーはラーメン。まずはスープ、優しい味わいの醤油味、でも出汁に酸味も少し感じます。いわゆる今どきの佐野ラーメンとは全く違いますね。
そして麺、青竹を使った手打ち麺、コシがものすごい強くて、食べ心地は滑らか。とにかくこの麺がものすごく美味しいです。ものすごく佐野ラーメンという感じ。
葱もたくさん入ってますね。小さな海苔とナルトがなぜかものすごいアクセントになってます。海苔を追加で入れれるならお願いしたい気分。
チャーシューの美味しさは普通かなあ。
40年以上前、たまに佐野にラーメン食べに伺ってましたが、その時の行列店のラーメンの味わいって、こんな感じだったんじゃないかと言う記憶があります。
昭和から続く、クラッシックな元祖佐野ラーメンの味わい、こちらにはまだ健在ですね。
