佐野駅からは少し歩きますが、気にならない距離。ホテルサンルート佐野の近くです。
細長い構造のお店は外から雰囲気は窺えず、ちょっと不安でしたが、若いバイトさんたちが明るく迎えてくれました。
・いもフライ
・焼き鳥(皮、ねぎま、レバー)
・生ゆば刺
・カキフライ
・長芋わさび漬
・いか塩辛
などを頂きました。
佐野名物の「いもフライ」はお昼に食べそこねていたのですが、まさか居酒屋さんにあるとは！ そして、こちらのお店のいもフライ、すごくおいしいんです！ じゃがいもはあまり潰さずホックリ原型を保ったままカラッと揚げてあります。噂どおり、ソースがおいしい！ ミツハソースかなぁ、マドロスソースかなぁ、と話しながら楽しく頂きました。
印象として、こちらのお店はこの日は焼き物より揚げ物が上手な印象でした。焼き鳥は正直もう少々頑張って頂きたい感じがしました。
注文はタブレットのタッチパネルで行ないますので、ご家族連れだとお子さんたちも楽しくてどんどん頼んじゃいそうですね。他にも色々なメニューがありましたが、結構呑んでしまったのでこのへんで。
佐野ならではのおつまみや栃木の地酒も揃えていて、我々のような旅行者にも楽しめる、明るくていい雰囲気の居酒屋さんでした。
