休日の12時頃訪問。
織姫神社への階段を200段近く登った先にあるこちらの店舗。
4組待ち。15分程待ち入店。
頂いたのは下記の通り。
さらしな生一本 冷汁山芋添え(¥900)
鴨汁そば(¥1,300)
玉子焼き(¥400)
さらしな生一本はそうめん以上の細さ。
かなりユニークな食感だった。
鴨汁そばは出汁が効いていて絶品。
玉子焼きはシバエビとブロッコリーの玉子焼き。
茶碗蒸しのような柔らかさ。
味良し、景観良し、ホスピタリティ良し。
