先日、足利の飲食店の弁当記事投稿をしたときに・・
そうそう、昨年、このお店の弁当もいただいたな・・
探してみると、写真がみつかりました。
かなり昔になりますが、お店にも行った記憶があります。
その時は、懐石だったような記憶がありましたが
今お店のＨＰを見せていただくと、洋風食もアレンジされているのですね。
時代は変化にあわせて、店も変わっていくということでしょうか。
さて、弁当をみてみると・・
上段が洋風。ジェノバ風ではありませんがスパゲティ、ベーコン、ローストビーフ風
下段が純和風
和洋折衷の 日本タイプでした。
