足利市南部の街中の中華屋に訪問。
久しぶりの訪問です。
駐車場は店の奥。入口を曲がって奥にあります。
店内はちょっとしゃれた感じの建物。
テーブルが並ぶ店内。テーブル着。
ランチメニューは中華系定食が並ぶ。今日の日替わりはチキンだそうです。
結局、麻婆豆腐ランチ注文。1080円。
ドリンクのジャスミン茶を冷たいものか温かいものか聞かれるので、冷たいのでお願いしました。
最初に、お冷と金属製の水差しが置かれます。
さて、麻婆豆腐ランチ。麻婆豆腐、ごはん、スープ、ザーサイの提供。
麻婆豆腐は本格的。熱くて辛い。辛さはまあまあ食べられるのだが、痺れ具合がいまひとつで残念。
豆腐率が高く、肉率は低く、油率が高い麻婆です。
ご飯のレベルはいまいち。
スープはあおさのスープ。大根の千切りのような具が入っていますが、何の野菜かは不明。
さっぱり淡泊な味です。
遅れて、小皿とデザート、ドリンク提供。小皿は蒸し鶏と白菜の和えものが提供。
この小皿が美味かった。麻婆より美味いかも。甘辛で白菜がさっぱりシャキシャキ、美味い。
デザートはコーヒーゼリーでした。これは普通。
ジャスミン茶は美味かった。
ごちそうさま。
麻婆は本格的な麻婆です。しかし、本格的にしては痺れがイマイチ。
定食としてのボリュームもふつう。
ゆっくりできそうな落ち着いた雰囲気は〇。
