過去100名店にも選ばれた鰻屋さん。
オープン直後に訪問で、幸運にも予約なしのひと席に座れました。こちらは予約必須と思います。
しかし、料理の提供はがっつり遅め。サラダとお漬物が出るのは比較的早いですが、茶碗蒸しは30分たってから。うな重は40分たってからでした。
予約なしで待っていたらいったいどれくらい待たなきゃいけないか、、、。
頂いた鰻重は皮目はパリッと香ばしく、中はとろけるくらいに柔らかい美味しいうな重です。
タレはちょっと濃いめです。
しじみの味噌汁も美味しい
