足利に出張、お昼からの仕事だったのでその前にお昼ごはんを、と思って調べてみたらうなぎ屋さんが多いのでびっくり！
足利学校から徒歩圏内の鳥常さんにお邪魔することとしました。
11時30分に予約なしでもスムーズに入店。
びっくりしたのはお昼は茶碗蒸しもつくこと。
上うな重(お味噌汁を肝吸いに変更)と肝焼きを頼みました。
他の方々のコメントにもあるように皮はパリッと、身はとろけるような感じ、はじめての食感でした。個人的には身の線維的なものがもう少しあってもいいかなぁ
出色は肝焼き、ボリューム、焼き加減ともにこれまででナンバーワンですね
これで4650円、なんてお得なんでしょ
